Based on the marketing analysis a marketing- and communications strategy is defined. Marketing data is combined with a personalised analysis, resulting in how new market shares may be won.
Information is collected from a number of sources depending on the scope of the assignment. Data is collected from external databases, public offices and more. The extent of strategic work is dependant on existing groundwork. In best case, an update of an existing strategy may be sufficient in order to clarify how your event is to be planned.
We cooperate with a number of specialists; depending on the communicative task at hand we select the right person for the assignment. Our own experience is largely based on work with Vodafone and Accor Services.
